With the growing demand from overseas customers for tighter tolerance and full inspection traceability, the upgraded CMM lab introduces new 3D coordinate measuring equipment and optimizes the full inspection workflow. The system supports automatic measurement of complex curved surfaces, hole positions and multi-dimensional geometric tolerances, with measurement accuracy up to ±0.002 mm. All inspection records can be saved and exported as formal inspection reports for each batch of parts.
Before this upgrade, complex parts with multiple features required repeated manual measurement, which took longer and carried higher risks of human error. The new CMM workflow shortens inspection cycle by 35% while improving measurement repeatability. It covers raw material incoming check, first article inspection, in-process sampling and final full inspection before shipment.
