• Machining & Fabrication Capabilities

  CNC Milling (3-, 4- & 5-Axis): Precision machining for complex geometries, housings, enclosures, brackets, and structural components. Tolerances down to ±0.005 mm for critical features.
  CNC Turning & Turn-Mill Machining: Precision shafts, bushings, threaded fittings, and custom rotational parts up to Ø1,000 mm.

• Engineering Support & Surface Finishing

  DFM Review: Engineering feedback on materials, tolerances, tool access, wall thickness, and cost optimization before production.
  Surface Finishing: Type II & Type III anodizing, bead blasting, powder coating, passivation, black oxide, zinc/nickel plating, electropolishing, and laser marking / part serialization.
