Combining turning and milling processes, we machine stepped outer diameter, inner bore and flange mounting holes in one clamping setup, ensuring high concentricity and consistent hole position accuracy. 6061 aluminum alloy is our standard material choice, balancing light weight, good machinability and structural stiffness. Anodizing surface treatment can be added to boost surface hardness and resist oxidation. Our factory carries out full inspection of bore size, concentricity and hole pitch before shipment. We can adjust dimensions, hole layout and surface treatment according to customer drawings.
