5 Axis CNC Machining Aluminum Alloy Handle, Non-standard Hardness Tester Instrument CNC Prototype Parts Custom Fabrication
5 axis CNC aluminum handle
,non-standard hardness tester CNC parts
,custom 5-axis machined prototypes
This instrument handle is a non-standard precision component for hardness testing equipment, manufactured by 5-axis CNC machining. Available in aluminum alloy and zinc alloy material. We support custom prototyping and low-volume production based on drawings or samples. The curved ergonomic handle, pin holes and mounting cavities are finished in one setup. Smooth sandblasted anodized surface delivers comfortable grip and excellent wear resistance for testing instruments.
- 5-Axis CNC Machining: Capable of processing complex curved contours, inclined holes and multi-angle features in one clamping, high precision, tolerance up to ±0.005mm.
- Optional Material: Aluminum alloy and zinc alloy available, balance lightweight, rigidity and wear resistance for test equipment.
- Ergonomic Custom Shape: Custom curved handle structure, optimized hand feel for hardness tester and other inspection instruments.
- Diversified Surface Treatment: Sandblasting, anodizing, polishing, passivation to improve corrosion resistance and surface texture.
- Fast Prototype & Small Batch Production: Support non-standard part one-off sample making, quick turnaround for R&D verification.

Q1: Can you make 5-axis CNC prototype from my 3D drawing? A: Yes, we accept STEP, IGS, DXF and other drawing formats. We provide prototype for your functional testing.
Q2: Can I choose aluminum alloy or zinc alloy for this handle? A: Yes, both materials are available. We can recommend material according to your load and weight requirement.
Q3: What surface finish options are available? A: Sandblasting silver anodizing, black anodizing, polishing and other surface treatments can be customized.
Q4: What is your sample lead time? A: Normally 4-7 working days for prototype samples, mass production lead time depends on quantity.

JThey delivered exactly that. No loose machining swarf in internal channels, passivation per ASTM F86 after machining, and lot numbers laser-marked on each piece so we can trace back to the raw material batch. Our QA team didn't send a single part back. Pricing is mid-range not the cheapest quote we got, but the documentation saved us more in internal inspection time than the premium cost.

DThe one-piece machined bracket fits our motion module perfectly. No distortion after anodizing. Sample lead time was shorter than we expected. We will launch mass production order soon.

EThe custom dense‑fin aluminum heat sinks work well on our new‑energy control modules. Fin deformation rate is very low after CNC milling. Thermal performance matches our lab test expectation.
