Q1: Can you manufacture this shaft according to my own drawing?
A1: Yes. We fully customize CNC machined shafts based on your 2D/3D drawings, including dimension, hole positions, knurling and material requirements.
Q2: What material options can you provide?
A2: Stainless steel, 6061/7075 aluminum, alloy steel are available. You can specify material grade on your drawing.
Q3: What is your tolerance capability?
A3: We can reach tolerance down to ±0.005mm for precision critical parts. The exact tolerance depends on your drawing requirements.
Q4: Do you support prototype samples before mass production?
A4: Yes, we accept small batch prototype first for validation, then move to volume orders.
Q5: What surface treatments are available?
A5: Natural machining finish, passivation, sandblasting, anodizing, plating are optional upon request.

AWe tested prototype aluminum circular flanges first, then moved to mass production with ChenRong Their turn-milling service works great for circular flange geometry. The holes and sealing flat surfaces are precise. They quickly adjusted surface anodizing as requested. Very satisfied with their CNC machining quality.

JThey delivered exactly that. No loose machining swarf in internal channels, passivation per ASTM F86 after machining, and lot numbers laser-marked on each piece so we can trace back to the raw material batch. Our QA team didn't send a single part back. Pricing is mid-range not the cheapest quote we got, but the documentation saved us more in internal inspection time than the premium cost.
