Product Description
Product Overview
This custom CNC machined multi-stage aluminum flange hub is manufactured by combined CNC turning and milling. It is a stepped hub part with multiple counterbore mounting holes. Made of aluminum alloy, it delivers light weight, high rigidity and excellent dimensional stability. Precision machining ensures accurate hole position and concentricity for reliable assembly. Widely applied in power transmission systems, automation equipment, robotic assemblies and precision mechanical modules. OEM & ODM custom service is available based on your 2D/3D drawings or physical samples.
Key Features
- High Grade Aluminum Alloy Material Light weight, high structural rigidity, good thermal conductivity and oxidation resistance. Effectively reduce load during operation while maintaining structural strength.
- Combined CNC Turning & Milling Precision processing for stepped profiles and counterbore holes. Burr-free surface, tight tolerance to guarantee high concentricity and assembly accuracy.
- Multi-step Integrated Hub Structure One-piece machined multi-stage flange design. Reasonable hole layout for stable connection, convenient installation and high coaxial performance.
- Fully Customizable Specifications Outer diameter, inner bore, step height, hole distribution and counterbore depth can be customized according to your technical drawings.
- Multiple Surface Treatment Options Available with natural finish, sandblasting, anodizing, hard anodizing to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

FAQ
Q1: Can you produce this aluminum flange hub according to my CAD drawings?
A: Yes, OEM & ODM are supported. Please send your 2D/3D drawings with tolerance requirements for quotation. Physical samples are also acceptable.
Q2: What aluminum alloys can you offer?
A: 6061 aluminum alloy is commonly used for general assembly with good anodizing performance. 7075 aluminum alloy is available for projects requiring higher strength.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: MOQ is flexible. We accept prototype small batch orders as well as mass production orders. Please contact us for specific quotation.
Q4: Can you perform anodizing on this hub?
A: Sure. We can provide sandblasting, regular anodizing, hard anodizing and other surface treatments upon your request.
Q5: What is your normal production lead time?
A: Normally 7–15 working days, depends on product complexity and order quantity. We will confirm the exact lead time before order confirmation.
Q6: What tolerance can you achieve for concentricity?
A: Standard machining tolerance ±0.02mm. Higher precision concentricity can be realized for high-precision transmission projects.
Q7: How do you control product quality?
A: We carry out full inspection for dimension, concentricity and hole position after CNC machining. Inspection reports can be provided if required.

EProbably an unusual use case: I needed a modern, clean-looking bearing housing for a rotating art piece going into a lobby installation. Most off-the-shelf bearing blocks are cast iron or painted steel and look clunky. This aluminum post with the triangular flange and brushed finish fits the aesthetic I wanted. Machining quality held up, no visible tool marks, edges clean. The artist client didn't even realize it was a "made for machines" part.
