This aluminum circular housing end cap is fabricated by CNC turn-mill composite machining. It features deep internal cavity, central through bore, distributed mounting holes and side threaded port. Blue anodized surface provides excellent corrosion resistance and premium appearance, widely used for fluid chambers, pump housings and sensor enclosures.

This circular aluminum end cap is one-piece CNC turn-mill machined from solid aluminum billet. The deep internal cavity and central through bore are finish-bored to tight tolerance, while the side threaded port and flange mounting holes are precisely positioned in the same setup. Single clamping ensures good concentricity between the bore and side port axis.
