Product description
This custom spiral scroll plate is manufactured by 5-axis CNC machining from solid aluminum material. The continuously extending spiral fins maintain uniform wall thickness and consistent pitch, which is critical for smooth air or fluid guiding performance. Central bore and the four distributed holes are machined with tight positional tolerance for accurate assembly. At Chenrong Precision, our programming team optimizes the tool path to prevent thin-wall deformation during material removal. After milling, the part is deburred and ultrasonically cleaned. Critical dimensions including spiral profile, bore concentricity and hole position are fully inspected before shipment. Lightweight aluminum construction reduces rotating mass while keeping structural rigidity, and optional anodizing enhances wear and corrosion resistance.
Product Features
- Multi-turn spiral fin structure with uniform pitch and wall thickness
- One-setup 5-axis machining ensures high concentricity of center bore and fins

FAQ
Q: Can you customize the number of spiral turns and pitch?
A: Yes, spiral turns, pitch, fin thickness, outer diameter and overall height can all be customized according to your CAD drawing.
Q: What material should I choose for this spiral plate?
A: 6061 aluminum for lightweight general use; 7075 for higher strength; 304/316L stainless for corrosion and high-temperature scenarios.
Q: Is the center bore and locating holes adjustable?
A: Absolutely, bore diameter, hole quantity and hole distribution can be modified based on your engineering requirements.
Q: How do you prevent thin-wall deformation during machining?
A: We use optimized tool paths and stepped material removal, plus supporting fixtures, to control deformation on thin spiral fins.
Q: What is the sample lead time?
A: Normally 8-10 working days for prototype, mass production lead time depends on quantity and surface treatment.
-
JThey are small but very sturdy; I hope the quality stands the test of time.
-
JDimensional accuracy is reliable. Only a small amount of manual polishing needed on sharp edges. Overall quality meets our mechanical assembly standard.
-
DThe one-piece machined bracket fits our motion module perfectly. No distortion after anodizing. Sample lead time was shorter than we expected. We will launch mass production order soon.
