This integrated impeller rotor is manufactured by advanced 5-axis CNC milling. A: Sandblasting is a surface processing method to create uniform matte metal texture and remove tool marks. Other available options include clear anodizing, black anodizing, brushing and polishing.
Q4: What is your MOQ? Can I order 1 piece for sample testing?
A: MOQ is 1 piece. We support prototype sample before mass production.
Q5: What is your production lead time?
A: Sample order: 3–7 working days. Mass production: 7–20 working days depending on order quantity.
Q6: How do you guarantee product quality?
A: We inspect dimensions with calipers, micrometers and CMM. Every part will be checked before packing. Inspection reports can be provided upon request.
Q7: What is T/T payment term?
A: T/T stands for Telegraphic Transfer, also known as wire transfer. It is the most common international payment method. For sample orders, we accept 100% T/T in advance. For bulk orders, common terms are 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance before shipment.
