Product Description
Brief Introduction
This custom 5-axis CNC machined aluminum heat sink base features brushed surface finish. Made of premium aluminum alloy, it adopts integrated fin structure for efficient heat dissipation. With high rigidity, lightweight and excellent thermal conductivity, it serves as mounting and heat dissipation component for motors, optical modules and automation equipment. OEM & ODM custom machining service is available, factory direct supply with reliable quality.
Product Overview
This rectangular heat sink base is manufactured by advanced 5-axis CNC milling. The surrounding cooling fins, central stepped bore and mounting holes are completed in one clamping process, ensuring high precision and good assembly consistency. Brushed surface treatment removes machining tool marks and retains clean natural metallic texture.
All finished parts go through strict dimensional inspection before shipment. We accept custom manufacturing according to your CAD drawings or physical samples. Both prototype trial orders and mass production orders are supported.

FAQ
Q1: What material is this brushed aluminum heat sink base?
A: Standard material is 6061 aluminum alloy with brushed surface finish. We also support 6063 and 7075 aluminum alloy for custom orders.
- 6061: General purpose, balanced strength and machinability, most widely used for CNC heat sink parts.
- 6063: Excellent anodizing performance for uniform surface appearance.
- 7075: High-strength aerospace aluminum for heavy-load working conditions.
Q2: Can you produce according to my 2D or 3D CAD drawings?
A: Yes. Please send us your files in STEP, IGES or PDF format. Our engineering team will evaluate your drawing and provide quotation. We also accept physical samples for reverse engineering.
Q3: What is brushed finish? Can I choose other surface treatments?
A: Brushed finish is a surface processing method to create uniform linear metal texture, removing tool marks and burrs. Other available options include clear anodizing, black anodizing, sandblasting and polishing.
Q4: What is your MOQ? Can I order 1 piece for sample testing?
A: MOQ is 1 piece. We support prototype sample before mass production.
Q5: What is your production lead time?
A: Sample order: 3–7 working days. Mass production: 7–20 working days depending on order quantity.
Q6: How do you guarantee product quality?
A: We inspect dimensions with calipers, micrometers and CMM. Every part will be checked before packing. Inspection reports can be provided upon request.
Q7: What is T/T payment term?
A: T/T stands for Telegraphic Transfer, also known as wire transfer. It is the most common international payment method. For sample orders, we accept 100% T/T in advance. For bulk orders, common terms are 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance before shipment.
Q8: Can you also make parts from stainless steel or alloy steel?
A: Sure. We manufacture custom turned and milled parts in aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steel, brass and engineering plastics.
-
JThey are small but very sturdy; I hope the quality stands the test of time.
-
JDimensional accuracy is reliable. Only a small amount of manual polishing needed on sharp edges. Overall quality meets our mechanical assembly standard.
-
SWe purchased this 5-axis aluminum bracket for our automated testing machine. The complex curved contour and multi-hole positioning fully match our drawing requirements. CMM inspection report was provided. The team responded quickly to our engineering questions.
