This rectangular cavity enclosure is manufactured by advanced 5-axis CNC milling. The internal reinforcing ribs, side threaded connectors and mounting lugs are finished in one clamping process, ensuring tight tolerance and great assembly consistency. The workpiece adopts brushed surface treatment, removing machining tool marks and improving anti-corrosion performance.
All finished parts go through strict dimensional inspection before shipment. We accept custom manufacturing according to your CAD drawings or physical samples. Both prototype trial orders and mass production orders are supported.

A: Brushed finish is a surface processing method to create uniform linear metal texture, removing tool marks and burrs. Other available options include passivation and mirror polishing.
Q4: What is your MOQ? Can I order 1 piece for sample testing?
A: MOQ is 1 piece. We support prototype sample before mass production.
Q5: What is your production lead time?
A: Sample order: 3–7 working days. Mass production: 7–20 working days depending on order quantity.
Q6: How do you guarantee product quality?
A: We inspect dimensions with calipers, micrometers and CMM. Every part will be checked before packing. Inspection reports can be provided upon request.
Q7: What is T/T payment term?
A: T/T stands for Telegraphic Transfer, also known as wire transfer. It is the most common international payment method. For sample orders, we accept 100% T/T in advance. For bulk orders, common terms are 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance before shipment.
Q8: Can you also make parts from aluminum or alloy steel?
A: Sure. We manufacture custom turned and milled parts in aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steel, brass and engineering plastics.
