Product Description
Brief Introduction
This custom 5-axis CNC machined aluminum panel adopts sandblasted surface finish. Made of premium aluminum alloy, it features lightweight, high rigidity and uniform matte texture. Multiple precision holes and stepped contour are finished by CNC milling, widely used for equipment faceplates, instrument housing covers and mechanical assembly. OEM & ODM custom machining service available, factory direct supply with stable quality.
Product Overview
This rectangular stepped aluminum panel is processed by advanced 5-axis CNC milling. Multi-size holes and the surrounding step structure are completed in one clamping to guarantee high precision and great interchangeability. Sandblasting treatment removes tool marks and creates a uniform matte metallic surface, improving wear resistance and visual texture.
All finished parts go through strict dimensional inspection before shipment. We accept custom manufacturing according to your CAD drawings or physical samples. Both prototype trial orders and mass production orders are supported.
Key Features
- Premium aluminum alloy material, lightweight with high structural rigidity
- 5-axis CNC milling, stepped profile and multi-hole design with tight tolerance

FAQ
Q1: What material is this sandblasted aluminum panel?
A: Standard material is 6061 aluminum alloy with sandblasted finish. We also support 6063 and 7075 aluminum alloy for custom orders.
- 6061: General purpose, balanced strength and machinability, most widely used for CNC panel parts.
- 6063: Excellent anodizing performance for uniform surface appearance.
- 7075: High-strength aerospace aluminum for heavy-load applications.
Q2: Can you produce according to my 2D or 3D CAD drawings?
A: Yes. Please send us your files in STEP, IGES or PDF format. Our engineering team will evaluate your drawing and provide quotation. We also accept physical samples for reverse engineering.
Q3: What is sandblasted finish? Can I choose other surface treatments?
A: Sandblasting is a surface treatment that uses fine abrasive particles to blast the workpiece surface, achieving uniform matte texture and removing machining marks. Other available options include clear anodizing, black anodizing, brushing and polishing.
Q4: What is your MOQ? Can I order 1 piece for sample testing?
A: MOQ is 1 piece. We support prototype sample before mass production.
Q5: What is your production lead time?
A: Sample order: 3–7 working days. Mass production: 7–20 working days depending on order quantity.
Q6: How do you guarantee product quality?
A: We inspect dimensions with calipers, micrometers and CMM. Every part will be checked before packing. Inspection reports can be provided upon request.
Q7: What is T/T payment term?
A: T/T stands for Telegraphic Transfer, also known as wire transfer. It is the most common international payment method. For sample orders, we accept 100% T/T in advance. For bulk orders, common terms are 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance before shipment.
Q8: Can you also make parts from stainless steel or alloy steel?
A: Sure. We manufacture custom turned and milled parts in aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steel, brass and engineering plastics.

MUsed for a project and they look great
-
JDimensional accuracy is reliable. Only a small amount of manual polishing needed on sharp edges. Overall quality meets our mechanical assembly standard.
-
DThe one-piece machined bracket fits our motion module perfectly. No distortion after anodizing. Sample lead time was shorter than we expected. We will launch mass production order soon.
