Product Overview
This irregular hollow frame component is processed by high-precision 5-axis CNC milling. The internal reinforcing rib structure, positioning holes and special contour are finished in one clamping to ensure high precision and good assembly consistency. Black anodizing treatment is applied on the surface to form a dense protective layer, improving corrosion resistance and scratch resistance while presenting a uniform matte black appearance.
Every finished workpiece will pass strict dimensional inspection before shipment. We accept custom manufacturing according to your CAD drawings or physical samples. Both prototype trial order and mass production are supported.

Q3: What is black anodizing? Can I choose other surface treatments?
A: Black anodizing is an electrochemical process to form a protective oxide layer on aluminum surface, improving corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Other options include clear anodizing, sandblasting, brushing and polishing.
Q4: What is your MOQ? Can I order 1 piece for sample testing?
A: MOQ is 1 piece. We support prototype sample before mass production.
Q5: What is your production lead time?
A: Sample order: 3–7 working days. Mass production: 7–20 working days depending on order quantity.
Q6: How do you guarantee product quality?
A: We inspect dimensions with calipers, micrometers and CMM. Every part will be checked before packing. Inspection reports can be provided upon request.
Q7: What is T/T payment term?
A: T/T stands for Telegraphic Transfer, also known as wire transfer. It is the most common international payment method. For sample orders, we accept 100% T/T in advance. For bulk orders, common terms are 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance before shipment.
Q8: Can you also make parts from stainless steel or alloy steel?
