Stronger Together: Chenrong Precision’s Team Retreat at Shuangyue Bay

   Our team at Chenrong Precision stepped away from the CNC workshop, measuring tools and CAD drawings for a much-anticipated team-building getaway to Shuangyue Bay this October. It was a perfect chance to recharge, connect, and celebrate the hard work we pour into delivering high-quality custom CNC precision components for global OEM clients across automation, robotics, aerospace, medical and machinery industries.

   We set sail together on a yacht, soaking up the stunning coastal views, rolling blue waves and fresh sea breeze. Away from the hum of CNC spindles, we chatted freely and supported each other on deck. This laughter and seamless teamwork mirrored the close collaboration we bring to every machining project — from reviewing your drawings, selecting proper materials, programming, fixturing, machining to final inspection and packaging.

   Later, we hopped on sandy 4WD ATVs for an exciting, adrenaline-filled off-road ride across the wide beach. Navigating uneven sand dunes required focus, coordination and mutual encouragement, just like tackling complex, tight-tolerance machining challenges that our customers send our way.

  As sunset painted the shoreline with soft orange and pink hues, we gathered for a relaxing seaside BBQ. We shared tasty food and casual conversations, leaving behind the pressure of lead times, quality checks and technical troubleshooting. When night fell, we lit a warm bonfire beside the ocean. Sharing food, stories and good moments under the stars brought us even closer as one team.

  Great precision parts are never made by one person alone. Every qualified component relies on our engineers, machinists, QC inspectors and sales specialists working hand in hand. This trip reminds us that trust, clear communication and solid teamwork are the foundation behind every tight-tolerance CNC part we produce.
