Custom CNC Turn-Machined Brass Threaded Fittings & Sink Coupling Components for Sanitary Plumbing Systems

This project focuses on custom CNC turning production of brass threaded couplings and connecting fittings used for sanitary sink assembly. The customer needed multiple variants of threaded brass components with strict thread tolerance, smooth surface finish and leak-proof performance for bathroom sink coupling sets. Our team delivered one-stop service including drawing review, prototype validation, fixture development and volume production. All parts passed dimensional inspection and thread gauge testing before shipment.

2. Applied specialized cutting parameters to reduce burr formation; implemented manual & ultrasonic deburring

4. Full dimensional inspection and thread checking for every batch, provided inspection report upon request
